The warrant overhang here is just massive as you noted. Better opportunities elsewhere.
Btw, speaking of dilution, any comment on the latest news from Comstock? This cash influx really cleans up the balance sheet, but oh, the cost! Yikes. There's nothing that CDG likes more than pissing away capital and issuing more shares. There's still a lot to like about the story, but with CDG's overpowering stench, I don't know how much longer I can hold my nose.
That’s fair. I have always factored dilution into my valuation model. As long as the capital raise gets them to the finish line with an industrial scale recycling facility breaking down panels, I think it’s a net positive.
From the business side, I liked the deal for Pan even without exploration upside as the price was right. I also liked what they were doing prior to the recap. However your point about the share structure is giving me some pause as you have a cap on its upside in the near term which you don’t with alternatives in the sector
I spoke to Jason Kosec this afternoon. None of the development assets are moving forward without a feasibility study, just one of the ways they are professionalizing the company for their new insto shareholders.
With the warrant overhang I am not sure what news could push this particular set of assets well past 70 cents.
I have Heliostar $HSTR and Mako $MKO.V and have a flyer on Excellon Resources that is at a much earlier stage than those two. I like the business model of self funding; it just takes some time for markets to trust it.

That’s a big factor in a gold bull market. Why not wait to enter MAI until the cap comes off?
